    The unit has a compressor driven by a 240 volt 2.2Kw electric motor, high- and low-pressure service ports and sight glasses fitted to observe the state of charge of the refrigerant in the high and low pressure sides.

  • Ford Based EFI System

    Our fully operational Ford based fuel injection trainer helps students get a better understanding of EFI systems through a practical application. The trainer is manufactured with original engine components and comes complete with an EEC-V engine management system.

    The unit is supplied with a manufacturers socket (16 pin) and pin out facilities on all the electrical components allowing real-time data to be taken without compromising the wiring.

    The unit can be supplied with either wet or dry versions, the dry version works via operational LED’s to indicate injection operation and the wet version works through the original fuel pump allowing observation of the fuel flow through the injectors (white spirits).

  • Hybrid Trainer

    Our fully operational petrol/electric hybrid trainer comes complete with original components from a Toyota Prius. The trainer comes complete with cooling, exhaust, Ignition, Petrol Engine, start, HV system, CVT transmission and diagnostic functionality. The unit is supplied with an energy monitor which allows the students to view the regeneration of the high voltage systems during a driving cycle.

    The trainer incorporates various safety measures such as a flashing beacon to alert everyone of a possible engine start. you can also isolate the battery control system by raising the protective case which isolates the battery from the control system, for the trainer to operate the protective case needs to be locked back into position.

    The CRDI Diesel Engine Power Train System can be supplied in automatic or manual. The trainer teaches students how to adjust and replace the braking lining and pads.
